Welcome to Traible, where we are dedicated to transforming the way businesses manage and share knowledge. Our mission is simple yet powerful: to help organizations save time and boost productivity by capturing the invaluable expertise of experienced employees and making it accessible to everyone within the company.

At Traible, we understand that training new employees doesn't always prepare them for the myriad of challenges they might face in their daily roles. Often, tasks that seasoned employees can resolve quickly become time-consuming hurdles for newcomers due to a lack of experience. That's where our innovative software comes in.




Meet the Team


Samuel Anyakwu
CEO

Samuel is a co-founder of Traible. He currently works at Pepsi as a warehouse supervisor. In his free time he enjoys reading his Bible, playing disc golf, basketball, guitar and working on Traible.

Brian Paniagua
Lead Software Engineer

Brian is a co-founder of Traible. A recent graduate of UTSA with a bachelors degree in physics with a minor in computer science and a data analytics certificate. In his free time he enjoys to read Brandon Sanderson book, dying in Elden Ring and playing piano and guitar.

Michael Gruver
ML Engineer

Michael is a co-founder of Traible with an Industrial & Systems Engineering degree from Texas A&M and is pursuing a Masters of Analytics to continue his interest in data science and ML. In his free time he enjoys reading, hanging out with his wife, traveling, and working out.

Nathaniel Candelaria
Administrator

Nathaniel works part time for Traible. He is a graduate of UTSA with a bachelors in English, and he is currently pursuing a master’s with a focus on renaissance literature.

Logan O'Neil
CSO

Logan is currently an intern at The University of Texas at San Antonio's Security Operation Center and an undergraduate of UTSA. In his free time he enjoys playing various instruments such as euphonium or harmonica, playing board and card games, and reading books suspensefully.

Samuel Vasquez
Full-stack developer

Samuel is a co-founder of Traible who graduated with a degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas at San Antonio. He currently works full-time at Traible and in IT. In his free time he enjoys reading his Bible, collecting board games, and getting better at ping pong.

Miguel Avilés
Marketing Lead

Miguel is a co-founder of Traible and has been working as the head of marketing. He also works as a data analyst and in his free time enjoys dancing salsa, hiking and cooking Sam (Traible CEO) in ping pong.


Function

The function of this invention is to close all gaps that are found in communication and/or training. Many companies are not able to provide suitable training due to information that is not shared but experienced. We want to take all the experiential knowledge and put it into software that makes it accessible to newer employees that are onboarding.


Operations

Traible is a software package that encompasses a user-friendly search engine (similar to how the typical search engine looks). An employee and/or individual would access the software that he downloaded to his computer and type in any issues that he may be experiencing. Once he is finished typing, (much like a search engine) the employee will hit enter and company-specific solution(s) will appear for them to use in resolving the issue they are experiencing.


Uses

Use: It can be used in all settings, including university settings. The goal is to erase the days of having tribal knowledge from tedious experiences to help with learning a certain system and instead make this genuine information more accessible to all individuals in their respective fields.
